We use our hands all day, every day - but how much care do you actually give your hands?
Follow along with Senior Pilates Instructor Liz Wilson in this 14 min sequence to mobilise the joints and soft tissue, especially fascia, of the hand and forearm - to ease stiffness and discomfort of the hand and arm and influence the shoulder and neck.
You will need a soft, small ball (4cm diameter).
Especially beneficial if you have wrist/hand arthritis, carpel tunnel syndrome, tennis or golfers' elbow.
As always - listen to your body, don't push through pain and speak to your physio if you have any concerns or questions.
