Imagine if you viewed menopause as a new beginning, a season that brings with it a
sense of new purpose and growth.
It is not a time to mourn what has changed but a time to
embrace future possibilities.

Menopause: Clinically defined as the cessation of menstruation. Often a natural process for our body, that occurs when the ovaries have run out of eggs. In Australia, the average age of menopause is 51 (45-55 years).
Perimenopause is the period of time leading up to menopause where hormones are starting to change and ovarian follicle reserve is beginning to become depleted. Whilst the average length is 4-5 years, perimenopause can last from a few months to 10 years. It can begin as early as 35 years.
