Designed for those at the beginning of their handstand journey or those wanting to build on the foundations.
Learn and develop the foundational building blocks of a good handstand and build confidence and strength to invert.
In this 75 minute workshop, you will learn;

the foundation of a strong handstand shape

additional elements for those ready to build on the foundations

correct alignment of the body

wrist, arm and core strengthening

mat Pilates principles that assist in developing a solid handstand.

Our BREATHE WELL workshop is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of breathing techniques and how they can positively impact physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Discover how breath is the true conduit between mind and body.
Through a combination of education and practical & accessible exercises, participants will learn the value of breath awareness, breath patterns, breath control and unlock the numerous benefits associated with mindful breathing.

MELT Method®

The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple system of myofascial release techniques that you can use yourself at home or incorporate into your Pilates lessons. Just 10 minutes of MELT three times a week is all you need to begin reducing the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living.
The ultimate goal of MELT is to improve your body’s ability to restore, balance and repair itself, producing remarkable, lasting changes in how you hold yourself and move.
The workshop cost includes a technique booklet, soft foam roller and ball so you can practice the MELT Method at home afterwards.
