Pat is passionate about evidence-based practice, clear communication and empowering people to understand their bodies so they can confidently return to meaningful activity. She values taking the time to listen to each person’s story and strives to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel heard, understood and actively engaged in their own rehabilitation.


Goal: To continue reflective practice to refine her clinical skills, contribute to research and deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care. Pat is also committed to teaching and mentoring the next generation of physiotherapists.
