30+ years’ experience with arthritis, spinal and SIJ pain, chronic pain, multi-trauma, pre and post op management, neuro rehab, exercise/sports specific rehab, functional strength, clinical Pilates, ergonomics, breath therapy, stretch therapy, fascial ease, neural plasticity and lifestyle medicine.
Sarah blends physio, Pilates and strength to help people repair, move and live, with confidence and comfort in their bodies to keep living the lives they love.
Also, a conference presenter, retreat leader and mentor to share and inform just how powerful movement is on whole health, vitality and happiness.
Goal: To be moving, and living, well into my 90s, be kind and empower others through therapeutic movement. To mentor and educate physios, medical professionals, Pilates instructors and the general population with evidence informed guidance.
