Sixteen years of classical ballet training, plus contemporary, jazz, and Spanish dance, shaped Jess’s deep appreciation for the human body and its capabilities. Pilates certification and strength training followed her Physiotherapy degree to expand her expertise, learning under the guidance of highly skilled Pilates, movement and strength educators. Jess is a firm believer in the benefits strength work provides for people of all ages and abilities.
In clinical practice, Jess works with clients of all ages, supporting a wide range of needs. Her experience includes working with arthritis, back and neck pain, hypermobility disorders, scoliosis, and other common musculoskeletal conditions. Jess is committed to helping people better understand and care for their bodies and giving them practical tools to manage pain and move well. She has also completed further studies in shoulder rehabilitation and the connection between movement and sleep.
Outside work, Jess enjoys being outdoors, painting, dancing in her bedroom, staying active in the gym or in a Pilates class, appreciating good food, and being with the people she loves most.
Goal: to empower people to better understand and care for their bodies - so they can move with confidence, strength, and ease.
