Frieda enjoys combining breath, movement and awareness to create a mindful and embodied experience that gives us a break from the busyness of life outside the studio.


Community is important to her and she loves getting to know her students and helping them to find better flow in body and mind.

She loves to learn and is continually curious about, and amazed by, the capabilities of her own body and mind.


Frieda’s specialties include slow flow yoga, yin yoga, myofascial release techniques and mat pilates, with a strong focus on bodily awareness and alignment.


Goal: To help people live happier healthier lives through movement, connection and kindness.
